TurboChef High Speed Oven (Eco)

Compact, ventless rapid cook oven for professional use. Utilising TurboChef’s patented technology to rapidly cook food without compromising quality, the TurboChef Eco provides superior cooking performance while requiring less space, consuming less energy & requiring no ventilation (certified ventless). Standard in Stainless Steel but available powder coated.

Perfect or coffee shops, convenience stores & casual dining. Free onsite training included with all purchases (or remote online training if preferred). A fast ventless oven that is perfect for front of house use, it even comes in colours. It can be used in manual mode for on-the-fly cooking or has 256 cooking programmes that can be written and saved.  This oven is perfect for takeaway operations.

Breakfast Sandwich: 1 minute 30 seconds
Flatbread: 1 minute 30 seconds
Cheese Sticks: 1 minute 50 seconds
Vegetables: 2 minutes
