Lincat P8B5 Bain Marie Hot CupboardHotcupboards are great for holding prepared hot food at the correct temperature. They can also be used for warming plates. A hotcupboard can have doors on both sides and a heated gantry over the top to form a heated pass between the chef and the serving staff. With the addition of a bain marie in the top it can form a servery which can be static or, if on castors, rolled out into a dining area to serve people there.
