In the largest and busiest of kitchens a hard working pot washer will quickly and easily turn around mixer bowls, chopping boards, baking & gastronorm trays, utensils and other food processing items. HR after a code means the machine has Heat Recovery. This is a module that is mounted on top of the machine and can not only save up to 30% on power required to heat water but also eleminiates much of the steam released when the door is opened.
