You can also use them for griddling vegetables and even bacon. They come as either single or double head depending on your output requirements. The other choice is whether to have flat or ribbed plates. Depending on whether you want branding marks you can have: flat top and bottom, flat bottom and ribbed top, or ribbed top and bottom. Some have a hook-on drip tray in front of the cooking plates and some have a pull-out drip drawer underneath.
