Collection: Chip Scuttles

Chip scuttles can hold fresh chips out of the fryer for elongated periods of time without the chips drying out. There are different types and sizes of chip scuttle, some have heated lamps over the top and a heated base and some have the heated base and a warm curtain of air blowing over the top to keep the product hot and moist. These units can also sit on top of heated cabinets or warming drawers.
