Described as the “Ultimate Sous Vide Finisher” the Turbochef i3 uses Turbochef impingement and microwave technology for rapid cooking, while maintaining chef-quality results. It has an integrated catalytic converter allowing it to operate from anywhere, without the need for expensive ventilation systems.
