Dual zone, medium duty electric countertop griddle for large quantities commercial catering, with smooth plate. Australian brand Roband is sometimes overlooked but reliable and effective. Their griddles are great for accurate cooking of steaks, chicken, fish and burger patties, fritters to eggs and bacon. They have thick griddle plates for high heat retention and thermostat control for setting precise cooking temperatures. The compacted griddle plates allow for fast temperature recovery, making these effective in a busy environment. 725mm wide
