Fully automatic 6-grid 2/1 GN steam injection gas combi oven for commercial catering, with touch screen controls. Available in natural gas or LPG (propane). Comes with right hand hinged door and optional stand.

Each oven is equipped with 5 senses: it can sense the ideal cooking cabinet conditions, can detects food sizes/quantities, will learn the chef’s preferred habits/methods and will even communicate with the chef.
