Ventless, odour-less, high-speed and easy-to-clean fryer for front-of-house use. This fryer will really add value for money to your commercial business with very little hassle. 

Fully automatic deep fryer. Simply place your portions into the hopper at the front of the unit and select either the pre-set cooking cycle for the food you’re cooking or enter manually like you would a microwave. Everything else happens automatically – when it’s cooked your food is dispensed into the tray on the bench. You don’t have to wait to re-load; the machine will automatically fry the fresh batch when the previous one is done. With 11 Litres capacity, it produces up to 40Kgs per hour (90lbs)
