Merrychef Eikon High Speed Oven (E4C)

A great professional high speed oven that can cook up to 15x faster than a conventional oven including all protein and raw meats. Ventless – no need for a hood. We also offer an optional upgrade from 1500 to 1800w microwave power, in the additional items below. 

The E4 uses a combination of convection, impingement and microwave technologies to produce consistent reliable results 15x faster than conventional ovens. It is ideal for cafes, bars, restaurants and hotels, it can cook any amount of raw food, including bacon, sausages etc… It is fitted with catalytic converter, meaning there is no need for a ventilation hood. It can be a little noisy, so it is best suited to back of house use.
