For a medium rack solution Maidaid's Minirack R3020 is a great option. Designed for reduced energy and water consumption, using as little as 1.2L per rack. It has a pre-wash module that allows it to deal with a higher level of soiled products. The tank is designed to avoid build of food debris, top strainer retains most food scraps, improved height and width allows more room for your racks.
