This induction range is more about flexibility than power. It has 6x cooking zones and a 6x 1/1 GN capacity oven for cooking up to six different foods simultaneously. While the zones aren’t as powerful as some of the other induction ranges they can be individually boosted from 1.85 kW to 3.0kW for up to 10 minutes at a time. This does reduce power to the other zones momentarily. Good for care homes, schools and smaller pubs and restaurants. Comes with 2x shelves and on castors. Available in single or three phase. 900mm wide
