From Lincat’s medium duty Silverlink range, here is an electric chargrill with water bath & 5x heat zones. This chargrill is designed to keep meat consistently succulent and reduce shrinkage. This ECG9 has 5 individually controlled heat zones for maximum versatility. 900mm wide
