Open pot easy to clean gas fryer. This all-purpose fryer from Frymaster is simple but effective. Reliable and durable these fryers deliver consisent results every time. Due to their open pot design they have a large heat transfer area that together with the Master Jet burner system's durable metal targets ensures even cooking throughout the tank. There is also a large cool zone to collect sediement and aid in cleaning.
