Compact and mobile electric 6-grid steam injection combi oven with easyTouch controls, for commercial catering. Right hinged door and with optional stand. A mobile version of the mini oven – it’s mobile because it carries a water and a waste drawer therefore doesn’t need to be plugged into water & waste mains. 

If you are operating in a hard water area it is highly recommended that you have a water softener with this oven.
