1/1 GN capacity combi oven in Convotherm's new range, also known as the King of Compact. Launched in 2025 this is the latest innovation in compact cooking. It is carefully designed to meet all the biggest challenges to any kitchen: small spaces, shortage of trained staff, pressure on energy & water costs. It is designed small but like any combi will deliver a high volume of perfectly produced food. It has AI-driven Optical Cooking with ConvoSense what does this mean? It means that it can 'see' what foods you insert and can cook it automatically, freeing you up from having to spend hours training staff. It is attractive, which means you can show it off front-of-house.
