Condense Canopy (Steam Hood)

Anyone who works in a commercial kitchen knows how steamy they get.  When then a combination oven or dishwasher works full time, the steam increases hugely.  A condensate canopy above your combi oven or dishwasher allows the steam released to go somewhere.  The canopy traps the steam “condensating” it into water which then is easily drained away by a tap, leaving the kitchen a much drier environment.
