Description
Since 1969 Josper have been creating and innovating in the world of charcoal gastronomy. Their charcoal ovens are designed with the demands of professional chefs and the hospitality sector in mind. To achieve the highest grilling qualities, Josper is the perfect partner. These ovens are an elegant combination of a grill and an oven in a single machine powered 100% by charcoal. With a unique closed barbecue design and a vent system for temperature control they are perfect in any restaurant, indoors or outdoors. Flexible and robust they are easy to use, with a front opening door system.
The HJX Pro Mini is the smallest in Josper’s HJX range, producing approximately 25Kg of food per hour. It can produce perfectly smoked and grilled food using one load of charcoal for around 7 hours.
