Hard working and durable professional fryer with two separate tanks. More powerful than the EVO2525, this one can produce 56-72 Kgs per hour. Each tank holds 9-10 Litres.

Designed in Switzerland, Valentine fryers are high quality and dependable, so much so that they come with 3 years’ manufacturer’s warranty. The EVO2525 is the twin tank version of the EVO250 – but a turbo version.  Only available in 3-phase.
