Salamander grills, also known as eye-level grills are perfect for toasting, grilling and gratinating. They can sit on a work surface but more often they are up on the wall behind the cookline, either on wall brackets or on a tall stand. They can be gas or electric and they can be single phase or 3 phase electric.
