“Britain’s finest gastronomic and hotel experience” chooses Kitchen Solutions!

This was our second piece of work for Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, one of the UK’s most prestigious restaurants that has held 2 Michelin stars since it opened 38 years ago. To date it has trained 34 Michelin starred chefs!

As you can imagine, perfection is everything to these guys so when we were asked by Benoit Blin to design 2 x pastry tables for their pastry kitchen it was like a busman’s holiday for us. We went to visit to understand exactly what they needed. Wow seeing the brigade in action was an experience in itself. Professional doesn’t come close to describing how they work. We studied to the smallest detail, down to what trays they were using and where in the kitchen they were doing the pastry work.

We were determined to fabricate units for them that made their kitchen as efficient as possible, able to house all equipment required. In conversation with Benoit Blin we designed two units and sent the drawings over for comments, alterations and approvals:
