Description
This oven is the smallest in Zanolli’s deck oven range. Due to its compact size it is a popular choice with restaurants and other medium-sized establishments that offer pizza on their menu and can take 4x 13″ pizzas if cooked without pans directly on its stone bake floor. With pans you’ll be able to produce 4x 12″ pizzas instead.
