Description
Heavy duty bratt pan with 120 litre capacity for large scale stewing, poaching, roasting and much more. With galvanised stainless steel chassis and heavy duty lid and hinged system this can stand the rigours of any high volume kitchen. Designed with easy operation and cleaning in mind.
