New Servery for Polesworth School in Tamworth
From Concept to Delivery, here is a project we have thoroughly enjoyed. We started by observing lunch service to see the old servery in action and to be able to better understand how to maximise the available space.
We listened, we measured, we advised, we designed. We then proposed the following layout and equipment:
Once the shool agreed we set to work on realising the design. We prepared the space, the walls, the floors, the services. We installed the dishwasher, the sinks, cooking equipment and refrigeration. Finally we brought in the fully furbished counter to complete the servery. We think that you’ll agree, as the school did, that it looks exactly as we’d designed it and it’s perfect for the space they have:
