Description
Excellent planetary mixer in Electrolux’s XBM range, in perfect condition. Many mixers this size come in 3-Phase but the bonus of this one is that it is in Single Phase requiring 30amps.
Comes with 40L bowl, beater, whisk and hook. This powerful machine can knead all sort os pastes, mix semiliquid products, emulsions and various sauces as well as low hydration doughs for speciality breads.
