Description
In Zanolli’s popular heavy duty Citizen range the most capient oven is the 9 – this is a deeper oven than the 6F so can cook 9 pizzas simultanously instead of 6. The 9+9 is the double deck version. Built entirely from stainless steel with focus on heat loss compensation and even heat distribution for making perfect pizzas. It can fit 18x 13″ pizzas without baking pans or 18x 12″ with.
