Designed for the most demanding professional kitchens, the MagiKitch’n MKE/C electric griddle provides impressive reliability and ultra-fast recovery times. Thanks to its premium 1″ thick chrome cooking plate, cook times are reduced, energy is saved and less heat is emitted into the kitchen – essential during busier services. Each zone is independently controlled too, so you can cook various components of a dish across the plate without having to adjust temperatures during service. Alternatively, during quieter hours, zones can be shut off completely to further reduce running costs. A fantastically flexible griddle, perfect for pubs, restaurants, food courts and canteens.
