Description
Anyone who works in a commercial kitchen knows how steamy they get. When then a combination oven or dishwasher works full time, the steam increases hugely. A condensate canopy above the dishwasher allows the steam released to go somewhere. The canopy traps the steam “condensing” it into water which then drains off leaving the kitchen a much drier environment.
