Description
Slightly larger than the 05/40, but with the same capacity, this small conveyor oven comes on a stand – ideal for premises that don’t have the worksurface to dedicate to their pizza oven. It will produce pizzas from 8″ (75 per hour) to 16″ (16 per hour) throughout service.
