Description
Chef has all the hobs in use and can’t fit a wok on the traditional gas or electric hob. This single hob induction unit is designed to accommodate a wok pan. The central dip not only ensures a greater surface of the pan receives direct heat, but it also ensures that the pan doesn’t wobble and create a hazard. With a pre-fitted 3-pin plug, this hob is also great for mobile catering.
