Heavy duty braising pan in Falcon’s F900 series.  It boasts of a duplex steel base which gives it excellent heat transfer and retention.  Easy to operate, reliable and flexible.  You can safely have the lid open while cooking, can add water quickly and without hassle.  Perfect for any large volume kitchen.
