Design consultancy is one of the core parts of our business
With our in-house design team we work for schools, local authorities, academies, national building firms and architects to design energy-efficient kitchens. Whether it be additional preparation space in an existing kitchen to being issued with architects drawings to design a kitchen from scratch we have the expertise.
We will look at menu type, pupil numbers, length of foodservice, increased capacity, carbon footprint and environmental impact when designing a new facility. We will attend site to observe current lunch service flow.
Following approval of our Autocad drawings we can apply water gas and electric services to the drawing in the correct positions enabling the working drawing to form the main communications tool between all trades and specialists.
Manufacture
Kitchen Solutions are one of the few school kitchen specialists to have our own in-house manufacturing facility
We can manufacture everything from stainless steel benches, to ventilation systems and bespoke counter systems.
We specialise in the supply of catering equipment for use in the school catering environment
Our combined 50-year plus experience in supplying equipment for school kitchens means we are experts in product selection suitable for this task.
We only use tried and tested suppliers whose equipment we have used or had trialled by one of our Local Authority customers. We are happy to advise on product selection and can give energy usage and water consumption figures.
