Sturdy countertop salamander grill with shelves that can be fixed at an angle for maximum versatility. Its powerful elements means it heats up quickly making it ideal for busy kitchens. One control knob for entire unit but if you are looking for independently controlled zones try Lincat’s larger and more powerful OE8303.
