A small double deck oven in Zanolli’s deck oven range. Due to its compact footprint it is a popular choice with restaurants and other medium-sized establishments that offer pizza on their menu and can take 8x 13″ pizzas if cooked without pans directly on its stone bake floor. With pans you’ll be able to produce 8x 12″ pizzas instead.
