Description
Brand new latest generation Merrychef High Speed Oven – even better than the E2S – can cook up to 80% faster than traditional ovens. With a 12″ cavity within a 14″ footprint, this oven gives maximum output within the smallest of spaces. Easy to program and fast at pre-heating and cooling. The standby mode will save electricity when not in use. It is ventless, saving huge extraction costs. It operates without much noise, making it also perfect for front-of-house use. This version is High Powered which means you have a 2000W microwave instead of 1000W like the standard power version.
