Description
Brand new latest generation Merrychef High Speed Oven – even better than the E2S – can cook up to 80% faster than traditional ovens. This is the larger version of the Connex 12 with a 16″ cavity within a 18″ footprint, it allows you to ‘batch’ cook in busy periods. Fully connected and easy to operate, ventless, quiet and attractive, it is perfect for front-of-house use.
