Description
Ventless and available in different colours, the Cibo is perfect for front-of-house cooking. For chefs who avoid microwaves the Cibo uses traditional convection technology with grilling and heated base. It takes a few minutes to warm up from cold but has fast recovery and remains hot when on standby. Very good for 1-2 item quick turn-around of all types, though not ideal for heavy protein foods.
