A sophisticated heavy duty clam griddle. It comes with smooth plates with optional ribbed top plate. Foods, especially meats, when cooked with from above and below come out more succulent and flavoursome – but the heat from above and below also means that this griddle can cook up to 3 times faster than a traditional open griddle. Great for any busy kitchen.
