Part of the Blue Seal Evolution series, a straightforward countertop electric griddle for heavy duty use with optional chrome, ribbed, third-ribbed & half-ribbed plates. This is a 1200mm wide griddle with 3 separate temperature control zones – excellent for cooking foods at different temperatures or saving energy by only using one section when less busy.
