Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes we do, but as we have to cross the sea there is an additional charge. Please contact us so we can provide you with a quote for the item/s you are after.
Do you deliver next day?
We certainly do! Next delivery is available on equipment only. The price varies because it depends on the weight of the unit being ordered. Call us or email us and we will let you know how much it costs for the unit/s you are after.
How long does it take to deliver?
Most of the equipment the site we delivery within 3-5 working days. This can sometimes change depending on stock levels or the destination - e.g. if you're looking for delivery to the tip of Cornwall or the far side of Norfolk it can sometimes take a little longer.
With Bespoke Fabrications delivery dates can vary quite a bit because we are both involved in the desigining process and we don't start actually making the units until we are both 100% happy with the design. However on most projects we normally deliver within 15 working days from receipt of order.
I think my delivery is damaged?
It doesn't happen often, but if your unit or piece of equipment has arrived and you think it's damaged you need to contact us immediately. Please take some photos of the damage and the packaging it came in and email them to sales@kitchensolutions.co.uk. We will assess the photos and get back to you asap.
