The branding grids, heat transfer radiants, fat collection drawer and debris collection tray are all removeable for easy cleaning. It has an adjustable cooking grid and variable heat control for maximum controllability. The heat retaining cooking grids produce clean, sharp branding marks to enhance food presentation.
