The Vollrath Mirage induction hob has been designed as a cost-effective solution for light commercial use where countertop space is at a premium.

It is equipped with an easy-to-read digital read-out; a temperature memory that automatically powers up to the last used setting when the hob is switched on; dial controls to adjust temperature and high-speed power settings; and a 180-minute timer.

Safety features include overheat protection; empty pan and auto pan detection; and a small article detector to prevent the cooking of watches or jewellery left on its surface.
