When considering a water boiler, first and foremost, take into account the volume. It should be sufficient to last through the whole catering venue, as the heat-up time, especially of a larger tea urn can be very long.The number of cups can be calculated approximately by multiplying the volume number of litres by 5. eg a 10 litre boiler will produce about 50 cups.
