Fracino’s Little Gem is an inspirational cappuccino coffee machine, specially designed to meet the needs of smaller venues. The Little Gem is a versatile, portable, commercial hand-fill machine that produces the finest coffee with no installation requirements other than a 13 amp power socket.

The semi-automatic machine is operated by an illuminated rocker switch so the user can control the amount of coffee being dispensed into the cup. The Little Gem has stainless steel panels and a metallic black chassis as standard.

The pressure of water and steam is separately controlled by brass safety valves.  Hot water and steam are released by rotating solid brass valves.

Brass bodied group with stainless steel shower plate, solenoid valve and high pressure pump. Thermosyphonic circulation ensures the group is kept constantly hot for perfect coffee making.

Automatic milk frother can be added as an optional extra.
